Corner Oak is a 1970s ranch style home nestled under a large Oak tree, and is conveniently locate a few blocks from downtown and the lake. This completely furnished four bedroom, 2 bath home with a double garage, and a large back yard is the perfect place to relax. It easily sleeps 8 adults, with lots of room for sleeping bags, air mattress, inside the house, or tents in the back yard. Corner Oak offers all the comforts of home, including central air conditioning, cable TV wireless internet, local phone service, along with a VCR/DVD player and a limited selection of videos. Games for the kids can be found in the closets for those occasional rainy days. A full size washer and dryer are available. In the garage you will find lawn chairs, loungers as well as bicycles. There is also a gas grill available for grilling in the back yard. The kitchen is fully furnished with kitchen utensils, dishes, cups, glasses, toaster, as well as a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and coffee maker. Linens are provided. Hotel Rooms: The rooms are air-conditioned with knotty pine walls, 1 bed and bath with lake views. No smoking, no pets. Nightly rental with check-in after 2pm and check-out by noon. $50 a night. A common deck overlooks the lake.
Additional Features: We have one of the only 3 natural sand beaches on Clear Lake. We are the largest privately owned property on the lake. We do not accept pets even though we have several ourselves; we have since found out that guests with allergies pick up on the presence of pets long after they are gone. We were built in 1914 and we are Summer Camp & Dirty dancing all rolled into one. We have a dock at PM Park, and you can tie up on it, at no charge, as long as we have a cell phone to contact you if the weather would change. We have a restaurant that serves breakfast & lunch 7 days a week, evening meals are served Wednesday through Sunday evenings. We have added a beach bar to our list of services this year, now you can relax with a cool refreshing beverage and the kids can swim and play at the same time.
